Seller Terms & Policies

These rules set out what a seller may do on ALZASH and what they are responsible for.
These rules apply from the moment you accept them.
1. Truthful information
All information about your business, products and services must be truthful and clear: name, description, photos, price, item condition and what is included. You must not mislead a customer about what they are buying.
2. Prohibited products and services
You may not sell anything illegal, including illegal drugs and controlled substances, illegal weapons and ammunition, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or any product or service prohibited by law.
3. No fraud or money laundering
Fraud, fake sales and fake transactions are not allowed, and your shop must not be used to launder money, divert funds or conceal where money comes from.
4. No fake reviews or records
You may not create, buy or alter customer ratings and reviews, and you may not change sales, stock or expense records to show something other than what really happened.
5. Employee accounts
Every employee must use their own account. Sharing passwords or letting several people work under one account is not allowed, so each action stays linked to the person who performed it.
6. Customer information
You must protect your customers' information and use it only to serve them. You may not sell it, pass it to others, or send unwanted marketing messages.
7. Licences, taxes and the law
You are responsible for the licences, permits, filings and taxes your activity requires, and for your other legal obligations where you do business.
8. Plan limits
You may not create extra accounts or extra shops in order to get around the limits of your plan.
9. Responsibility for your sales
You are responsible for the products and services you sell, for delivering or handing them over, and for any refund or cancellation required by law or by your own shop rules.
10. Customer Balance
Customer Balance is only a record of transactions and change within one shop. It is not a bank account, not a wallet, not a deposit, not a stored-money account and not a money-transfer service.
11. If the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove a listing, restrict your shop, suspend it or close your account.
